The population in this study were 50 employees of CV Mandala Mulia Abadi with information collection techniques using questionnaires and Likert scale measurements. The research instrument is in the form of a validity test and a reliability test. The analytical method of this research uses quantitative methods, multiple linear regression equations, t test, f test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The classical assumption test requirements that must be met are the normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. The results of the study show (1) work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the results of the t-count test of 1.584 which is smaller than t-table 2.009 and the significance value is 0.120 > 0.05.
