Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) describes individual contributions that exceed the demands of roles in the workplace. OCB is needed because it can increase organizational effectiveness.
This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational support, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of PT Bio 2000 Surakarta. The sample in this study was 107 respondents. The data collection technique used was a survey method with the research instrument used was a questionnaire. The results of this study prove that (1) Organizational support has a significant effect on the OCB, (2) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on the OCB, and (3) Organizational commitment has a significant effect on OCB.
