PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI KOMITMEN ORGANISASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING: STUDI PADA CV ANDI OFFSET YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
This research aims to find out how significant the positive influence is between : (1) the influence of work motivation on employee performance on, (2) the influence of organizational culture on employee performance on, (3) the influence of work motivation on organizational commitment on, (4) the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment on, (5) the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance In, (6) the influence of work motivation on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable, (7) the influence of organizational culture on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable. This type of quantitative research, the population in this research is 543 employees of CV Andi Offset. The sample used was 84 respondents with the sampling method using Convenience Sampling. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple regression supported by the t test and using the Sobel Test. The results of the analysis show that motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance, motivation has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance, motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance through organizational commitment, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance through commitment. The implication in this study is that motivation has an important role in improving employee performance, providing good and appropriate motivation will spur an employee to work better. So it needs to be noted that the motivation given must be good and appropriate for employees so that it can spur employee performance to be better
