Analysis of the Effect of Motivation and Job Training on Employee Performance (Literature Study)

Abstract

Motivation and training are some of the factors that can improve employee performance in a company. The training and motivation provided by the company is to spur employees have broad insights and improve work skills. The purpose of this study was to find the effect of motivation and training on employee perfoemance through previous studies. The methot in this study is to use a literature study using the google schoolar database from 2013-2021. Journals that have met the criteria have been previously setermined. The result obtained from the 20 journals revealed that the average motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the average job training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
