This study aims to optimize the added value of coffee husks through the implementation of a circular business model based on the People-Profit-Planet (3P) approach to create sustainable socio-ecological impacts within the MSME sector in Bandar Lampung City. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method, collecting data through interviews, observations, and literature studies involving coffee husk processing industry actors. The findings indicate that the application of Supply Chain Management (SCM) plays a crucial role in improving the efficiency of raw material distribution, fostering stakeholder collaboration, and encouraging innovation in processing coffee husks into value-added products such as cascara tea, biomass briquettes, and organic fertilizer. The People-Profit-Planet approach has proven effective in enhancing community welfare (people), generating economic benefits (profit), and reducing environmental impacts (planet). This research provides a theoretical contribution to the development of circular business concepts based on agricultural waste and offers practical recommendations for strengthening an inclusive, innovative, and environmentally friendly MSME ecosystem in Indonesia.
