Abstract
The type of a school principal’s leadership is one a factors at determine the quality of employee performance which includes teacher performance and employee performance.The leadership of a female principals who has characteristics both in her personal traits and leadership style can affect performance of employees.This study aims to determine the influence of woman’s leadership on employee performance. The methodology of this research is a qualitative approach and the type of descriptive writing.While the data colletion technique is a literature study in the form of study of previorus research, observation, and interviews.The object of this research is SMA Negeri 1 Imogiri in Bantul Regency, D.I.Yogyakarta Province.This results of this study are that leadership of female principals of SMA Negeri 1 Imogiri can improve teacher performance and employee performance. So the conclusion that the leadership of female principals at SMA Negeri 1 Imogiri is improve employee performance.
