PENGARUH ANTARA TRILOGI KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR SEBAGAI VARIABLE INTERVENING

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe (1) the influence of leadership trilogy, on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), (2) influence of leadership trilogy on Organizational Commitment, (3) influence of OCB on Organizational Commitment, (4) Influence Between Leadership Trilogy and Commitment Organization with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as intervening variable. This research is a descriptive research. With a trilogy leadership structure, OCB, and organizational commitment. The population is a member of the UST student organization in 2017, the sample technique is stratified random sampling. Data method using questioner, while technique of data analysis using linear regression and path analysis.The results of this study using a significant level of 5% indicates, there is a positive and significant influence of leadership trilogy on organizational commitment. In addition there is a positive influence of the leadership trilogy on OCB and is not significant. Then there is a positive and significant influence of OCB on organizational commitment. And there is a positive influence between the Trilogy of Leadership and Organizational Commitment with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as intervening variable and not significant.
