ANALISIS KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI FAKTOR MODERASI KINERJA

(STUDI PADA PEGAWAI TAMAN PINTAR KOTA YOGYAKARTA)

Abstract

This research aimed to analize: 1) The influence of working dicipline, motivation and satisfaction to worker performance, 2) Working satisfaction as moderating variable between working dicipline and motivation to worker performance, 3) The influence of both working dicipline and motivation to worker performance. The subject of this research is 56 employees of Taman Pintar Yogyakarta. Meanwhile,analizing methode used Patial Least Square (PLS), the SEM-based variance with SmartPLS 3.0. software The results showed that :  1) Working dicipline influences worker performance positively and significant on worker performance with the level of significance is 0,000. 2) There is no influence of  working motivation over worker performance with level of significance is 0,976, 3) There is no influence of the working satisfaction over worker performance with level of significance is 0,673, 4) Working satisfaction is not a moderating variable between working dicipline and worker performance with level of significance is 0,667, 5) Working satisfaction is not a moderating variable between working motivation and worker performance with level of significance is 0,667, 6) There is a positive  influence of both working dicipline and working dicipline and working motivation over worker performance with level of significance is 0,000.
