MENINGKATKAN KEPUASAN KONSUMEN MELALUI STRATEGI MARKETING MIX PRODUK MINYAK KAYU PUTIH CAPLANG DI KABUPATEN SLEMAN

Abstract

The research variable were the product, value, promotion, distribution, consumers’s satisfaction and consumer’s loyality. The research population were the product agents of Minyak Kayu Putih Caplang in Sleman regency numbered 300 agents, so that the researcher took the sample as 50%from 300 = 150 agents. Technique ampling in this research used a Convenience Sampling Technique. It was a procedure to get sampling unit according to the researcher’s need. The data interpretation technique used a questionnaire. Analysis technique used a double linier regression with the significant level as 5%.The research result shown that the product had a positive and significant effect toward consumers’s satisfaction of Minyak Kayu Putih Caplang in Sleman Regency. The value had a positive and significant effect toward consumer’s satisfaction of minyak Kayu Putih Caplang in sleman regency. The promotion had a significant effect toward the consumer’s satisfaction of Minyak Kyu Putih caplang in Sleman Regency. Distribuction had a positive effect and significant effect toward the consumer’s satisfaction of minyak kayu Putih caplang in Sleman Regency. The product, value, promotion, and distribution together/simultaneously had a posive and significant effect toward the consumer’s satisfaction of minyak kayu putih Caplang in sleman Regency.
