PENGARUH KOGNISI MANAJEMEN EKONOMI SYARIAH TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KINERJA PADA PERBANKAN SYARI’AH DI KOTA YOGYAKARTA
This study aims to determine the effect of syariah banking cognition on job satisfaction and employee performance. This is because the understanding of sharia economic management in the performance and job satisfaction dimension of human resources has not been much discussed in research, especially concerning of banking issues. In this study, the method used observation and direct interviews at Islamic banks in the city of Yogyakarta with a sample of 143 employees and 134 customers. The data were analyzed by multiple regression with SPSS 12.0 statistical data processor which yielded information as follows: cognition of sharia economic management did not directly influence to performance and job satisfaction influence to performance. Therefore, the cognition of sharia banking continuously needs to be improved for every human being concerned to enhance the performance in general.
