ANALISIS KOMITMEN DAN KINERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR PELAYANAN PAJAK DAERAH (KPPD) KABUPATEN GUNUNG KIDUL YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) to know the influence of leadership, compensation, competence, and commitment towards employees working environment; 2) to know the influence of leadership, compensation, competence, commitment to employees and the work environment against the performance of employees. The subjects in this study are KPPD DIY in Gunung kidul Regency with 35 people respondents. The analysis of the data used test validity and reliability then testing test indicator and test hipotesys and continued multiple linear regression test with the method of path analysis. The research results obtained that leadership, compensation, and competence significant influence against commitments, while the working environment do not affect significantly to commitment so that strong commitment is said to be influenced by leadership, compensation, competence and work environment, leadership, compensation, competence, commitment and the work of influential lingungan significantly to performance. This indicates that Performance strongly influenced leadership, compensation, competence, commitment and work environment.
