Abstract

The purpose of this resecreh is to find the effect between profitability and sales growth, to the value of the company with dividend policy as intervening variable, the company sub. sector property in BEI 2008-2012. Profitability using PBV, Growth penjulan using SG Dividend Policy using DPR Corporate value using PBV. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling with criteria (1) sub company. Property & Real Estate Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2012 to 2016, (2) The sample company issuing the financial statements for 5 (five) consecutive years, ie 2012 to 2016, (3) Property & Real Estate sub-sector firms that do not generate negative earnings during the period 2012 to 2016, (4) The sub-sectoral firms Property & Real Estate are included in the compass 100 index which is selected with 10 companies with the largest capitalization value. From the results of research show that (1) There is no positive effect of profitability on dividend policy, (2) There is no positive effect of sales growth on dividend policy, (3) There is no positive influence of dividend policy to firm value, (4) there is positive influence of profitability to company value, (5) there is positive influence of sales growth to company value.
