               The purpose of this study is to determine (1) the influence of self-control on learning achievement, (2) the influence of self-confidence on learning achievement, (3) the influence of achievement of self-control and confidence in learning achievement.


               In this study using self-control variables, self-confidence and learning achievement. The population is a student of Management Program Force 2016, which amounts to 456. The sample in this study used 160 students. Data collection was done by using questionnaire method, while for the technique of analysis using multiple analysis technique supported by F test, T test and Determination test. testing in this study using the help of SPSS program for windows 16.0               The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a positive but not significant influence of self-control on student achievement with   = 0.05 (p = 0,0173). (2) confidence has a positive and significant effect on student achievement with result  = 0.05 (P = 0,014). (3) jointly self-control and self-confidence have a positive effect on learning achievement with the result  = 0.05 (0.008).
