Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine whether Balancing Fund (DP), Other Legal Revenue (LPS), and Remaining Budget Financing (SiLPA) influence on Capital Expenditure.


Population in this research is Budget Realization Report in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta which is divided into one city and four regency. The budget realization report is in the form of Capital Expenditure, Balancing Fund (DP), Other Legal Revenue (LPS), and Remaining Budget Financing (SiLPA) in 2009-2015. The sample is part of the population that has the characteristics deemed to represent the entire population. The sample taken in this study are Capital Expenditure, Balancing Fund (DP), Other Legal Revenue (LPS), and Remaining Budget Financing (SiLPA) with 7 years study period from 2009-2015 with the number of samples 35 (7x5). sampling in this research was done by puprosive sampling.


Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded: (1) Balancing Fund (DP), Other Legal Revenue (LPS), and Time More Budget Financing has significant and significant to Capital Expenditure. (2) Balancing Fund (DP) has no effect on Capital Expenditure. (3) Other Legal Revenue (LPS) has a positive effect on Capital Expenditure. (4) Remaining More Budget Financing (SiLPA) has no effect on Capital Expenditure.
